The house is ideal for a small family or party of fishers.

Bedroom one has a queen bed and a set of bunks, bedroom two has a set of bunks and a single bed with trundle underneath. The bedrooms are separated by the living areas.

There is a separate toilet and bathroom off the laundry.

Lounge/living area has a flat screen TV with satellite reception, DVD and radio. It is also air-conditioned.

Two drive ways at back and side of house provide ample off road parking for two cars, boats trailers

There is a veranda on three sides of the house, with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

Two filleting tables are at the back of the house with lighting and an outdoor shower.

This house is non-smoking and we do not allow any pets.

Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday, with tenants vacating the property by 9 am. The caretaker will check the property prior to occupation and is on hand to help with any problems that may arise.
